How long will it take to repair?
If you need a repair done quickly we can usually accommodate you and often simple repairs can be done within an hour or so. We have a turnaround generally of just under a week, longer if a replacement gemstone or part is needed.

How much will it cost?
this depends upon the type of jewellery and also the work required. Until we see the item it is very difficult to say. However bring your item into us for a no obligation free estimate.

What guarantee do I get?
All repairs have a 6 month guarantee except watches which have a 12 month guarantee. However if you experience any problems just bring the item back to us as soon as possible with your receipt.

Can I have multiple rings made into one new piece?
Most certainly, one of our specialties is remodeling pieces.

If I have a ring sized will it affect the value?
Not usually as in most cases the value of the ring is in the stones set within the piece, However if we are making a ring larger as we are adding gold to the item it would actually increase in value.

How do I know the Job will be done correctly?

Unlike most shops who send the item away via the post we do the work on-site and in most cases you will speak to the person that will actually do the work for you. So there is no chance of your item getting lost in transit or the job being done wrong due to miscommunication.
